The Patient and Parent Forum is an evening of information and connecting with other patients and parents of children living with vasculitis while posing questions to a panel of vasculitis experts.
Our panel of experts include a combination of local and guest adult and paediatric nephrologists and rheumatologists.
This event is open to all individuals living with vasculitis and families, both adult and pediatric.

Aubrey M. Collingwood is a Canadian Registered Safety Professional dedicated to keeping people safe in the world of Occupational Health and Safety. Outside of work, she is passionate about live theatre and enjoys volunteering alongside her son, Jason.
Diagnosed at the age of 13 with ANCA-associated vasculitis and glomerulonephritis, Aubrey has lived with chronic kidney disease for over 20 years. She has experienced the ups, downs, and in-betweens of living with a complex chronic condition. She understands what families go through and what it means to live with vasculitis. She has walked the long road from pediatric care into adult care.
